French Toast Balls Recipe Puffs
🥞 French Toast Puffs — Bite‑Sized Breakfast Magic
If breakfast could throw confetti, this would be the recipe leading the parade.

Some breakfasts are quick. Some breakfasts are cozy. And then there are French Toast Puffs — the kind of recipe that makes you feel like you’ve just discovered the secret to happiness in bite‑sized form. They’re golden, fluffy, sweet, and just the right size to pop into your mouth one after another (after another).
Think of them as the love child of classic French toast and donut holes. They’re crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and rolled in sugar for that irresistible sparkle. Perfect for brunch spreads, after‑school snacks, or even dessert when you want something fun but not fussy.
💬 Reader prompt: Are you a “dust with powdered sugar” kind of person, or do you go all‑in with syrup dunking?
We are lovers or French Toast in our house! We love when we get the chance to dive into a French Toast casserole, French Toast Sticks, and the list goes on. You get the idea!
We have realized that French toast just for breakfast but makes a great dinner idea! I have taken so many French Toast Casseroles for Cheer team luncheons! They are a never fail kind of recipe.
This recipe is so, so, so easy! The great thing is that you can make these ahead of time and they will be perfect! Heck, make them ahead and freeze them for another time! If you decide to freeze them, let them cool, and then put the puffs in an airtight container. They should stay good for 2 to 3 months.

French Toast Puffs

- 2 cups unseasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover your mini muffin tin with cooking spray and coat with granulated sugar. In a bowl mix the bread crumbs with sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and milk, until combine well.

Notes
If you don't have a mini muffin pan, you can use a donut hole maker, deep fry the batter, or use a bigger pan for bigger puffs!

Here’s the thing about breakfast — it sets the tone for the whole day. And when breakfast is something as fun as French Toast Puffs, you know the day is off to a sweet start. They’re the kind of recipe that makes people smile before they even take a bite.
And this version? It’s a little extra special. It’s simple, it’s playful, and it’s guaranteed to make you the hero of brunch.
So here’s my challenge to you: bake them, share them, and tell me your twist. Did you go cinnamon sugar? Did you stuff them with jam? Did you sneak one straight from the pan before rolling in sugar? (No judgment — I’ve been there.) Snap a pic, post it, and tag it so we can all drool together.
💬 Reader prompt: Should we do a “Mini Treats” series next? I’m thinking mini cheesecakes, savory muffin bites, and maybe even brownie truffles.
Until then, may your mornings be sweet, your puffs golden, and your kitchen full of laughter, love, and second helpings.

Thanks
I would let them thaw out completely and then put them in a sheet pan, on 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
