Ingredients:

Cooking spray, for pan
1 box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 small boxes white chocolate pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 small tube of Cool Whip
5 bananas
20 Nilla Wafers, crushed

Directions:

Make the cake: Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9″-x-13″ cake pan. Prepare yellow cake mix according to box instructions. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and 3 mashed bananas to cake mix. Combine well. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 34 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pudding: In a small bowl, whisk together pudding packets and milk until thick.

Using the handle tip of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake. Spread pudding mixture on top of the cake, and make sure the pudding fills the holes. Next, top with a layer of banana slices over the pudding. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle all over with crushed Nilla Wafers and more banana slices.
