We’re all about Taco Tuesday at our house and Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos! These will knock your socks off!
I’m at a retreat in Midway with my amazing co-workers and I needed to leave something foolproof for Matthew to make for dinner tonight.
This is what we decided to go with. Crockpot Shredded Chicken tacos are an easy dinner that requires almost no effort. They are absolutely delicious. Give this a try!
Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos
- 4 chicken breast
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 white onion, chopped
- juice from 1 lime
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Any topping you want to have on your tacos
- Put all the ingredients in the crockpot. Turn to low and cook 4 to 5 hours.
- Once the chicken is shreddable, shred the meat and turn the crockpot to warm.
- Serve warm!
