This is hands down the best thing I have ever made in our married lives. I’m pretty
sure my husband loved it more than anything else I have made.
He is so sweet he will never say anything. But honestly try this out, it is delicious and super easy to make!!

§ 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
§ ½ cup sauce (from the crockpot after the dish is cooked)

2. Gently place your slices of beef in the liquid and toss to coat.
3. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 6 hours.
4. After 6 hours of cooking take out ½ cup of the cooked sauce from the crockpot whisk in the cornstarch to create a slurry. Then pour the slurry into the crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for 30 minutes more to thicken up the sauce.
