Turkey Asian Lettuce Wraps
🥬✨ Turkey Asian Lettuce Wraps — Fresh, Flavorful, and Fun to Eat!
Sometimes dinner should be eaten with your hands — and still feel fancy.

If you’ve been craving something light, fresh, and bursting with flavor — but still hearty enough to keep you full — these Turkey Asian Lettuce Wraps are about to become your new weeknight BFF. They’re savory, a little sweet, a little crunchy, and totally customizable.
They’re:
- Quick to prep — the slow cooker does most of the work.
- Family-friendly — kids love the “build your own” vibe.
- Healthy-ish — lean protein, fresh veggies, and no heavy carbs.
And bonus: they look like something you’d order at a trendy restaurant, but you made them in your own kitchen. Cue applause.
Literally, I love any recipe that is a crockpot recipe! We had this for lunch and Saturday and it was perfect. I hurried and browned the meat and then threw the rest in the crockpot. Then we waited a few hours and did some spring cleaning and then we ate lunch later. It was easy prep, little clean up and quick to make. Another recipe on my healthy recipe series. Give this a try and you won’t regret it I promise!

👩🍳 Cooking Tips for Lettuce Wrap Success
- Pick the right lettuce — Butter lettuce is soft and cup-shaped, but romaine or iceberg works in a pinch.
- Don’t skip the water chestnuts — They add that irresistible crunch.
- Make ahead — The filling reheats beautifully for quick lunches.
- Double the sauce — If you like things extra saucy, make 1½ times the sauce recipe.
- Warm the lettuce slightly — A quick rinse in warm water makes leaves more pliable and less likely to tear.

💬 Reader prompt: If you could only eat one “handheld” meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Some dinners are just… dinner. They get the job done, fill your belly, and that’s that. But these Turkey Asian Lettuce Wraps? They’re an experience.
They’re the kind of meal that makes everyone linger at the table a little longer, passing the platter of lettuce leaves back and forth, debating who gets the last scoop of filling. They’re interactive — you get to build your own, choose your toppings, and maybe even get a little sauce on your fingers (which is half the fun).
I love that they’re adaptable for every eater at the table. Want it spicy? Add sriracha. Need it mild? Keep it as is. Going low-carb? Stick with lettuce. Feeding a crowd? Double the recipe and let the slow cooker keep it warm while people serve themselves.
And let’s be honest — there’s something deeply satisfying about eating with your hands in a way that still feels fresh and light. It’s casual, it’s fun, and it’s a little bit fancy all at once.
So here’s my challenge to you: make these wraps, share them with someone you love, and see if they don’t become a regular in your dinner rotation. And when you do, tag your creations with #WrapItUp so we can all swap ideas, drool over each other’s photos, and maybe even inspire a few new flavor combos.
Because at the end of the day, food isn’t just about feeding ourselves — it’s about connection, creativity, and those little moments of joy we find in the kitchen. And these wraps? They’re joy wrapped in lettuce. 🥬💛
