Creamy Grape Salad Dip
A luscious blend of cream cheese, sour cream, sweet grapes, and crunchy nuts—this dip is pure comfort in every bite.
Cooking Tips
- Chill the cream cheese and sour cream mixture for at least 30 minutes before folding in grapes to help flavors meld and make scooping easier.
- Gently pat grapes dry with paper towels; excess moisture can water down the dip.
- Freeze a handful of grapes beforehand and use them on the rim of your serving bowl to keep the dip cold without diluting it.
- Swap granulated sugar for maple syrup for a deeper, more complex sweetness. Adjust brown sugar down by 2 tablespoons if using liquid sweeteners.
- Toast almonds (or other nuts) in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly golden.
Recipe Variations
- Tropical Twist
- Replace half the grapes with diced pineapple or mango.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon coconut extract.
- Top with toasted shredded coconut instead of almonds.
- Berry Bliss
- Swap all grapes for fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries (about 3 cups total).
- Fold in 2 tablespoons of lemon zest for brightness.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios.
- Spiced Orchard
- Add ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg to the cream mixture.
- Use chopped candied pecans instead of almonds.
