  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil Cook, uncovered 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are just fork tender. Drain the potatoes and place them in the prepared baking dish.

  3. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes.

  4. While the potatoes cook, crumble the sausage in a large skillet set over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, green pepper and cook until the veggies are soft and the sausage is cooked through.

  5. Combine the sausage/onion with the potatoes, gently.
