I have  been on a slider sandwich kick lately. I’m so surprised that such a simple recipe can turn into a mouthwatering bite. The great thing about this, is that it’s perfect for a busy night dinner, appetizer or even the perfect party food!

TIPS AND TRICKS

    • I love to use a rotisserie chicken for recipes like this. It just makes prep so much easier and faster. If you don’t have one available, that’s okay, you can use canned chicken, cooked frozen chicken tenders. Heck, you can change it up and use turkey!
    • I don’t cover my sliders with foil. Some people do, to keep them moist but I love when the bun gets a little crunchy on the edges.
    • You can use bacon bits instead of cooked bacon but I wouldn’t. Just cook your bacon on a sheet pan at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. You will thank me! Plus, use your kitchen scissors to cut up your bacon. It makes it so much easier!
