We are getting ready to head out for our family vacation and love finding recipes that will make feeding 22 people easier. This fits the bill! Okay, I hear you! Pancakes are easy all ready to make but a lot times if you want to eat all together, it’s hard to keep them warm and not soggy.

This way, the pancakes are ready at the same time! One bowl to mix up the batter and one pan to cook! It’s doesn’t get any better than that!

TIPS AND TRICKS

BUTTERMILK? You don’t have buttermilk? You can use regular milk. The buttermilk will make the pancakes super fluffy but the taste will still be great!

FRUIT PANCAKES: If you would love to make them fruit pancakes, go ahead! Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter before baking. Gently press them into the batter.

MIX IT UP: You can break the pancake into sections, and place different fruit in each section.

TOPPINGS: Syrup, is always perfect, but you can try chocolate or strawberry syrup or even a lemon glaze!

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray cooking spray all over a half sheet pan, set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, and cooled slightly, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.

SHEET PAN HEAVEN

Sheet Pan Egg in the Hole! Ever since my husband and I have been married, we have had an ongoing debate over how to make the perfect egg sandwich. In my family, you would make a sunny side up egg and place it on two grilled slices of bread.

Mike’s family made the egg in the hole version using a skillet. It’s hard to change habits that you grew up with, but I think we have found even a better way to make our all-time favorite breakfast sandwich. Sheet Pan Egg in the hole!

There are days when I love to cook and days when I don’t. I dread the cleanup, that is why One Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies is ideal.
