Getting a little creative here, Breakfast Pizza, you heard me. It’s a great way to wake up in the morning.
We’ve been experimenting with breakfast foods. One day I like everything I see, and one day I like nothing. This day Matt and I went crazy with the stuff we had in our fridge. Grey loves pizza and will eat it for every meal if he could. We chopped up all the things.
- Can of Pizza crust
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Green Pepper
- In a small pot bring the beef broth to a boil. Whisk the cold milk and cornstarch in a bowl. Then once it’s to a boil then whisk in the milk cornstarch mixture. Once it has thickened, pull off the heat.
- Roll out your pizza dough and then spread the gravy on to the dough top with all the toppings you like. As much or as little as you like. Crack an egg on top for the finishing touch!
- Bake at 400 degrees until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted!
