Most of the time we don’t get very excited over pork chops. Often overdone, they come out dry, sad, and flavorless. The air fryer changed all that. These get coated in Mozzarella and plenty of spices giving them this perfect crust and the quick cooking time on the air fryer ensures they don’t dry out. It’s dinner in an instant.
When we purchased our air fryer, we did some experiments with fries and we weren’t successful. Since my hubby is trying to eat healthier we decided to give it another shot. I’m so glad we did! Less effort and best pork chop ever!
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 c. freshly grated Mozzarella
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, then coat both sides with oil. In a medium bowl combine Mozzarella and spices. Coat both sides of pork chops with Mozzarella mixture.
- Place pork chops in basket of air fryer and cook at 375° for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
