Keto Jerk Chicken! Let me introduce Keto Jerk Chicken! The Keto journey continues! My two sons have made this a lifestyle. Yes, there are times that it makes it really hard to stick to it but they accept it and move forward.
The recipes that we have discovered along this trek have been amazing and work for almost any diet or family. This one will not disappoint!
Keto Jerk Chicken
- In a blender, combine green onions, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, brown sugar, allspice, thyme, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons water and blend until smooth. Set aside 1⁄4 cup.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish and season with salt. Pour remaining marinade over chicken; toss to coat. Let marinate in the fridge, turning once or twice, at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
- When ready to cook, preheat the oven. Bake in a baking dish for 45 to 1 hour or until the juices are clear.
- Garnish with green onions and serve!

I have but I think the bone in has more flavor
How is this Keto if there’s brown sugar?
you can have a little bit but if you don’t want to use that replace it with an artificial sweetener
