Cream Cheese Apple Cake

When I was first married, I would make a coffee cake almost every week. I would just use the recipe from the Bisquick box, but boy did I love it! My tastes have matured through the years and so I have to take it up a notch from the Bisquick recipe. Add cream cheese and apple and I’m in heaven!

You can enjoy this delicious dish in the morning with your daily Diet Pepsi, or at night with maybe a scoop of ice cream. This moist coffee cake is layered with yummy cream cheese, apples, and a crumble to top it off!
