Honey Garlic Shrimp Tacos with Creamy Cilantro Dressing
1/4 c. Butter
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 c. Honey
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Lime (juiced)
2 Pounds of Cooked Shrimp
Tomatoes, Avocado, and Lime for Garnish
Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan, add garlic and sauté until garlic becomes fragrant. Don’t burn the garlic! Add honey, brown sugar, salt, and lime juice. Simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Add cooked shrimp to the sauce and heat them through. Don’t overcook the shrimp or they become tough.
Build your taco with either corn or flour tortillas, shredded cabbage, shrimp, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, and a squeeze of lime. Then drizzle our Creamy Cilantro Dressing over the top!
