- 1 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 stalks scallions, chopped
Directions
- Season the Chicken
- Place chicken in a bowl, sprinkle with Korean red pepper flakes, and toss until evenly coated.
- Sear to Perfection
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Make the Sauce
- In the same pan, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Let bubble for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
- Bring It All Together
- Return chicken to the pan, tossing to coat in the sauce for about 1 minute.
- Finish & Serve
- Turn off heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, toss once more, and plate.
- Top with chopped scallions and serve immediately.
