I love sharing new sheet pan recipes because they are exactly what the doctor ordered!  You just throw everything on a sheet pan and in less than 40 minutes, you have dinner ready! Yes, it’s that simple!

I love Pork Chops! I have ever since I was a kid. I realized that we didn’t have a lot of pork chop recipes on the blog. I decided we needed to do something about that. Pork is a tricky meat because if you over cook it, it becomes dry, but the flavor is so amazing. Just remember to use your trusty meat thermometer and you should be good!

👩‍🍳 Cooking Tips for Sheet Pan Success

  • Choose the right chops — bone‑in for juiciness, boneless for speed.
  • Cut potatoes evenly so they roast at the same rate.
  • Don’t skip the pre‑roast for potatoes — they need a head start.
  • Brush sauce on twice for extra flavor — once before roasting, once halfway through.
  • Rest the meat — it keeps the juices where they belong.

💬 Reader prompt: Do you like your green beans with a little snap or cooked until super tender?

🎨 Recipe Variations

  • Maple‑Mustard Twist — swap brown sugar for maple syrup and add Dijon mustard.
  • BBQ Style — replace ketchup with BBQ sauce and add smoked paprika.
  • Italian Flair — use balsamic vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar and add rosemary.
  • Veggie Swap — try carrots, Brussels sprouts, or asparagus.
  • Spicy Kick — add red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to the sauce.

🧒 Kid Tips

  • Keep the sauce mild — skip extra spice for little taste buds.
  • Let kids help toss the potatoes in oil and seasoning.
  • Serve with a side of applesauce for dipping (kids love it).
  • Cut pork into bite‑size pieces before serving for easy eating.
