Okay, this recipe right here is literally what I grew up on! Total memory lane reading this recipe. This was my Mom’s go-to recipe for chicken all the time!
Since we now eat mostly gluten-free in our home, I’ve learned to recreate this recipe using almond flour and a bit of tapioca flour, mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt! Totally still gives me the memories, but is more tolerable on my stomach 🙂 and super delicious!
