Crispy Chicken Tacos
Try some easy Crispy Chicken Tacos that take not very long to make and are amazing!
We used our leftover Pollo Asado to make these amazing little beauties but you could just use rotisserie chicken or any other meat you have. It was easy and delicious, I made them two days in a row. The kids are some times picky and don’t eat what we make so there was more for us. However, these are low calorie and don’t taste like. Enjoy these! You’re welcome.
Crispy Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 16 corn tortillas
- 8 oz. cooked chicken, chopped (I used leftover Pollo Asado)
- 1 cup Mexican Blend cheese
- Cooking Spray
- Sour Cream or Salsa for dipping
Crispy Chicken Tacos
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil. Then spray the foil with cooking spray of choice. I used Avocado but any should work.
- Place 8 tortillas on the pan. Then place 1/2 oz. of chicken and a tablespoon of cheese on each tortilla.
- Place in the oven for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Then fold them over and spray with more cooking spray.
- Then bake another 12 minutes, flip half way through to brown on both sides.
- Enjoy with Sour cream or salsa.
