While watching LDS General Conference I have found that the best way for me to pay attention and not fall asleep is to be doing something while I listen. We cleaned this morning and this afternoon.

Then I ran out of things to do while listening so I decided to bake some bread. Matt and I love all the flavors that fall brings such as pumpkin, cinnamon, apples and etc.

In an effort to not go out today we decided to bake bread that wouldn’t require me to go to the store. This recipe is simple and is the best thing to eat on a cloudy, rainy conference day!!

It makes 3 loaves, so there is some to share if you would like. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!

💭 Final Thoughts

This Cinnamon Raisin Bread is everything you want in a homemade loaf: soft, sweet, nostalgic, comforting, and ridiculously satisfying. It’s the kind of recipe that brings people together, sparks conversation, and makes everyone feel like they’re part of the fun.

It’s simple enough for a weekend, impressive enough for guests, and comforting enough for those “I need something delicious immediately” days.

Here’s the thing about homemade bread: it’s never just bread. It’s an experience. A vibe. A whole mood.

And when you swirl it with cinnamon sugar and raisins? It becomes a full‑blown event.

This Cinnamon Raisin Bread is the kind that becomes a tradition. The kind your family requests again and again. The kind you make for holidays, potlucks, weekends, or “just because we deserve something delicious and cozy” moments.

But what I love most is how recipes like this build community. They bring people together around the table, spark laughter, inspire creativity, and remind us that food is more than fuel — it’s connection. It’s joy. It’s the little moment in the day when everyone pauses, gathers, and enjoys something delicious together.

So here’s your mission: Make this bread, share it with your people, and then tell me your twist. Did you go extra swirl Did you go extra raisins Did you add chocolate chips or apples (I support this fully.)

Until then, may your dough rise beautifully, your swirl be dramatic, your crust be golden, your slices be thick, and your kitchen filled with laughter, love, and second helpings.

Because at the end of the day, recipes like this aren’t just about baking — they’re about celebrating the little joys that make life delicious.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread isn’t just breakfast — it’s a lifestyle. 🍞✨💛
