Most people in my family do not like fish, but that’s what gives Caesar it’s delicious salty flavor. My mom and brother almost did not try it. It’s such a simple recipe and I would recommend making this. Zac thought it would be a delicious idea and it is one of my favorite salads even though I don’t like fish.

Ingredients
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise, best quality such as Hellmann’s Real
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
- In a blender or food processor, put in all the ingredient and blend until mixed and smooth. Taste and adjust to your liking. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for about a week.
