Apple Pie Dump

Listen, sometimes you just have to do something easy when you are pregnant, or tired, or busy. This is the type of dessert that is not only easy but super yummy. My little sister makes fun of me every time I make apple cinnamon desserts, but I just love them so much I don’t care. You should try this one out, definitely worth the calories.

Ingredients

  • 12 Rhodes Any-Time Cinnamon Rolls thawed but still cold
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 packets of cream cheese frosting (comes with the rolls)

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a bowl mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and graham crackers. Then coat the thinly sliced apple in the brown sugar mixture. Make sure the apples are coated completely with brown sugar.
3. Grease your dish, we used a Dutch oven, with butter, then cut up the cold cinnamon rolls into about 6 different chunks per roll. Then spread them along the bottom.
4. Then put the apples on top of the cinnamon rolls spread evenly across, I dumped the extra brown sugar mixture on top as well.
5. Then you want to bake it at about 400 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, then check to make sure it’s done. Sometimes it can take up to an hour,
6. When you are ready to eat dump on the caramel icing and serve warm!! It’s super good the kids kept coming back for more!
