If your children are picky eaters like mine, sometimes you have to just hurry and make them something on the fly. Honestly, I don’t know how other people do it. Greyson, used to not try anything and told me he only likes his sitter’s food. I started to make her food and then he told me it’s not the same.

Now, we’ve made a deal with him that if he tries it then I will let him have something else. Sometimes he tries it and finishes it, and sometimes he tries it and asks for something else. I count that as a win because there are no tears and he’s trying the different meals. Here is one meal we like to do when we are in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 6 hot dogs

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees.
  2. Roll out crescent roll sheet pinch together perforations so it is one solid sheet.
  3. Use a pizza slicer width-wise to slice 2″ long pieces.
  4. Score each hot dogs 3 times on one side.
  5. Start with the bottom of the crescent and hot dog and roll it up to the top so almost the whole hot dog is wrapped.
  6. Spray inside of air fryer basket with non stick spray and place wrapped dogs inside.
  7. Cook at 360 degrees for 5 minutes, then leave them inside the basket without opening it for 3 more minutes to continue to warm the inside of the meat.

Air Fried Beef Taquitos! I’ve wanted an air fryer for a while, but I wanted to try it before I bought one. Luckily my mother and father are in the middle of moving and they let me borrow theirs. Our first adventure was Air Fried Beef Taquitos.
