Hello Friday! It rained yesterday, so everything is right with the world! lol! I love rain! Any who, this week has gone by so fast but it has been such a good week! Last week, we were in Lake Powell, Cassie’s son had his 4th birthday yesterday and our dog, Dani, has been sick but seems to be on the mend. It has been a great reminder how important family is!

lake powell

We had a fabulous time in Lake Powell for 5 days! My cute daughter, Jessica, has a time share for a houseboat. We spent hours playing in the sand, boating, exploring, outside movies and yummy food!

We did have some crazy that went on! The air conditioning and one of the engines went out on the house boat on Saturday. While we were driving into the dock to have that looked at. We were towing the two boats and one of them caught a wave and snapped the tow rope!

We sunk the boat! Luckily, no one was hurt! Thank goodness for insurance! It will be a memory will have forever!
