RAVIOLI LASAGNA

Ravioli Lasagna this has become my favorite lasagna recipe ever!  This delicious recipe is so easy to make and flowing over with flavor!

Ravioli Lasagna

I don’t know of anyone that isn’t looking for ways to make dinner easier.  I have learned that just because a recipe is easier to make doesn’t mean your missing out on deliciousness.

This ravioli lasagna is cheesy, saucy, and just downright perfect. It’s a delicious version on a traditional lasagna.

The ravioli goes in frozen, no extra prep work, so it’s basically just combining a few ingredients and then baking.

Ravioli Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped

salt, and black pepper, to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (32-oz.) jar marinara

16 oz. whole milk ricotta
1 large egg
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan, divided
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (12-oz.) packages frozen cheese ravioli
2 c. shredded mozzarella

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9”-x-13” baking dish with cooking spray. Warm a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat and add ground beef and onion. Season with salt and pepper and cook until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 10 minutes, then drain fat and return to skillet. Stir in garlic and marinara, then reduce heat and simmer for flavors to marry, 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, add ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Spread 1/3 of the meat sauce into the prepared pan. Top with a single layer of ravioli, half of the remaining meat sauce, half of the ricotta mixture, and half of the mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Repeat layers, ending on cheeses.
  4. Cover pan loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake until golden and bubbly, 15 minutes more.

PASTA RECIPES

This Cajun Chicken Pasta is a dinner winner with its creamy Cajun sauce and bites of tender pasta and chicken. It’s one of the easiest dinners, ready in less than 30 minutes.

I’m not a straight marinara sauce lover, but I have found if I put a little cream into the sauce, I’m as happy as a clam! The other night, we were making dinner and this is what we came up with, Easy Creamy Tomato Pasta! We used the tomatoes that we had bottled last Fall and we had the rest of the ingredients in the pantry. A win, win!

If you are like me, you know you have to feed your family but thoughts of hanging out in the kitchen isn’t your cup of tea on a warm Summer night. That’s why I love this one pot cheesy chicken ranch pasta! Less dishes and your family will go crazy over it!

Is this real life? This deep-dish pasta pie is like nothing you’ve ever seen. This recipe looks so impressive but is so easy to put together! I know it’s a complete hit when my daughter comes home from school and asks if there are leftovers? This adult and kid approved and it will become one of your family’s favorites!
