This recipe for Honey Parmesan Pork that is cooked slowly in the slow cooker is ultra-tender and it makes a thick, rich sauce. It’s become one of my favorite slow cooker recipes for pork, and it will be yours too!




It’s been a while since I have used my crockpot. My husband has been convinced that slow cooker recipes are better when cooked in a dutch oven.


The truth is, you can make delicious slow-cooked meals in the dutch oven but you can also do it in the crockpot! This turned out perfect using my crockpot!




Parmesan honey pork roast is just what you need on a busy weeknight or a Sunday dinner. It’s a tender, fall apart juicy roast that tastes amazing.


As it is slowly cooked in the slow cooker the parmesan honey pork roast tenderizes and marinates in all the juices for hours and this will melt in your mouth with every bite. 






  • 1 3-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C honey
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 to 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs cornstarch
  • 1/4 C chicken broth



    • Place roast in the slow cooker.
    • In a bowl combine cheese, honey, soy sauce, oregano, garlic, oil, and salt.
    • Pour mixture over the top of the roast.
    • Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the thermometer reads 160 degrees. 
    • Remove meat and place on a platter.
    • Strain juices in the slow cooker and put them into a small saucepan. 
    • Mix cornstarch and chicken broth together. 
    • Add into strained juices and stir until thickened over medium heat. 
    • Slice roast and serve with glaze.
