YUMMY GARBAGE BROWNIES

GARBAGE BROWNIES

Do you like ‘stuff’ in your brownies? Or are you more of a brownie purist? I think I’m both… I can honestly say I’ve never met a brownie I didn’t love. Soooo recently I had to make a treat for a cheer party. As usual, I’m looking for something that will wow the crowd.

This little beauty caught my eye! Garbage Brownies!  I am highly recommending these brownies be put on your ‘to make’ list. They are loaded with everything good in this world!

Why choose which of your favorite candies to eat when you can eat all of them atop brownies?  Garbage brownies are perfect late at night with friends, and you can top them with whatever you like! We highly recommend potato chips.

INGREDIENTS

Cooking spray
2 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
12 Oreos
1/2 c. chopped mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. M&M’s

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9″-x-13″ baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, then pour into prepared pan. Top brownies with Oreos, Reese’s, pretzels, potato chips, marshmallows, and M&M’s.
  2. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with few moist crumbs, 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool before removing it from the pan.

NEED CHOCOLATE?

This fluffy, moist, and RICH sheet pan chocolate cake piled high with fudgy chocolate buttercream is beyond easy to make but it will become a favorite!

I thought our family was crazy when all we wanted to do is eat the cookie dough and not cook the cookies because that has always been the best part of making cookies! Licking the spoon and taking your finger and getting the last morsel out of the bowl and thinking that we are such a rebel and living on the wild side.

Then the cookie dough craze began all over the country and I realized that it wasn’t just our crazy little family that the whole country felt the same way!
