Easy Strawberry Banana Freezer Cake

Strawberry Banana Freezer Cake! I don’t about you but for me, Summer means a lot of BBQs. I always want to be ready with a new recipe to “wow” the crowds! Strawberry Banana Freezer Cake is a show stopper! The best part, it is so easy to make, you won’t even break a sweat making it!

Ingredients
  1. VANILLA FILLING
  2. 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
  3. 1 1/2 cups milk
  4. 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  5. BANANA FILLING
  6. 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant banana pudding
  7. 1 1/2 cups milk
  8. 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  9. CREAM FILLING
  10. 1 large tub of Cool Whip
  11. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  12. CAKE
  13. 1 large package Golden Oreos
  14. 1/2 cup milk
  15. 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
  16. 2 to 3 cups strawberries, sliced
Instructions
  1. VANILLA FILLING: Whisk together vanilla pudding mix, milk and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. BANANA FILLING: Whisk together banana pudding mix, milk, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. CREAM FILLING: In a bowl, combine the Cool Whip and the powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in a third of the whipped cream into the vanilla filling and mix. Fold a third of the whipped cream into the banana filling and mix. Set aside. Place the leftover cream in the fridge until the cake is ready.
  4. TO ASSEMBLE CAKE: Dip cookies into milk and line the bottom of the pan with cookies in a single layer to cover the pan. Spread 1/2 of the banana filling evenly to cover the cookies.
  5. Add a layer of slice banana and a layer of strawberries. Spread 1/2 of the vanilla filling over fruit. Repeat.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Once firm, remove cake from the pan. Before serving, frost top of cake with the leftover cream and garnish with fruit.
