Cassie and I made a bunch of freezer meals the other day, and this Swiss Cheese Chicken was one of them. We ate it last night and it was a hit!! Not only was it delicious but it was really quick to put together. It can be an easy meal to throw together, or a great one to add to your list of recipes to freeze.
4 Chicken breasts
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup Milk
6 Slices Swiss cheese
1/2 box Stove top turkey stuffing (If freezing add later)
1/4 cup Butter (If freezing add later)
- Lay chicken in pan.
- Place cheese slices on chicken until chicken is completely covered.
- Mix 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup with 1/4 cup milk and spread on top of cheese.
- IF FREEZING set aside turkey stuffing and butter to add when thawed, if not, sprinkle on turkey stuffing and drizzle with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is completely cooked.
