Swiss Cheese Chicken – Freezer Ready

Cassie and I made a bunch of freezer meals the other day, and this Swiss Cheese Chicken was one of them. We ate it last night and it was a hit!! Not only was it delicious but it was really quick to put together. It can be an easy meal to throw together, or a great one to add to your list of recipes to freeze. 






4 Chicken breasts

1 can Cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup Milk

6 Slices Swiss cheese

1/2 box Stove top turkey stuffing (If freezing add later)

1/4 cup Butter (If freezing add later)




  1. Lay chicken in pan.
  2. Place cheese slices on chicken until chicken is completely covered.
  3. Mix 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup with 1/4 cup milk and spread on top of cheese.
  4. IF FREEZING set aside turkey stuffing and butter to add when thawed, if not, sprinkle on turkey stuffing and drizzle with butter. 
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is completely cooked.
