Buffalo Chicken Chip Dip

Football lovers unite! It’s almost time for the big game! My family is excited because the hubster just built stadium seating in our unfinished basement and set up the projector so we can bask in all the glory that the big game brings. But what’s a game day without awesome game day snacks?
LAME, if you ask me, because most of the time I watch the big game for the commercials, and most importantly, the snacks! (SHH, don’t tell my hubby!)

Buffalo Chicken Chip Dip

  • 2 chicken tenders, baked and shredded
  • 1 8 ounces block of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (separated into 1/2 cup portions)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped

  1. Bake and shred 2 chicken tenders.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese dressing, chicken, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread in a small baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted on top.
  6. Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion.
  7. Serve in TOSTITOS®  scoops chips immediately!

If that’s not a game worthy snack, I don’t know what is! It’s so cheesy and delicious and worth every calorie if I do say so myself! What’s your favorite game-day snack?
