Homemade ice cream is the BEST – and when it’s No-Churn Ice Cream it’s even better. I’ve been making this easy homemade Ice Cream for YEARS and it always turns out perfect – and delicious.
I’m addicted to ice cream!! Of course, homemade is the best and I always thought the only way you could make homemade is with an ice cream maker that takes forever and makes tons of noise. I started to see online, recipes that were made without the ice cream maker and it peaked my interest! We made this little gem the other night and we were so surprised how creamy and delicious it was! My kids couldn’t believe that we didn’t make it with the ice cream maker.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can sweeten condensed milk
1 to 2 cups pretzels, chopped
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1 to 2 cups of Rolo’s, chopped
1 can caramel ice cream topping
- Whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until light and fluffy but a little stiff. Set aside.
- In a bowl stir the sweetened condensed milk with the pretzels, vanilla, salt, and chopped Rolos. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour half of the batter into a bread pan. Drizzle a heavy amount of caramel over your ice cream and swirl with a knife. Pour the remaining ice cream over the top and repeat it with the caramel. Sprinkle with chopped pretzels.
- Freeze overnight or until completely solid.
