Oven Baked Chimichangas are a healthier twist on the old Mexican classic chimichanga recipe. You won’t even miss this chimichanga being fried because they get nice and crispy in this oven-fried version!
These chicken chimichangas can easily be made at home for dinner so keep this chicken recipe in your keeper file. 
Oven Baked Chimichangas
This is a really easy dinner to throw together when you have extra meat. You can use chicken, ground beef, shredded beef, or pretty much anything you have on hand. 


1 package cream cheese
Shredded cheese
Taco seasoning

Sour Cream



1. Stir together cream cheese, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning.
2. Fold in shredded meat.
3. Divide the mix into your tortillas and roll-up.
4. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (flip at 15 minutes)
5. Top with salsa and sour cream and enjoy!!
