I’m on a Dutch oven kick this week! I always love easy recipes that involve little or no work.
2 lbs. of chicken tenderloins
2 bottles of Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ sauce
1 Onion chopped
1 Green Pepper chopped
1 Red Pepper chopped
Alright, so before we left I chopped the onion and peppers and put them in a plastic bag then all you have to do is dump in all the ingredients and cook. We put 15 charcoal briquettes on top and on bottom and the chicken strips cooked so much faster than I expected them to. Cook them for 15-25 minutes and then check them. It’s actually a fantastic recipe because it’s easy and way tasty! Enjoy!
