We love Hot Wings at our house and so we had to try something with a little twist on our favorite flavors! When I told my husband what I was making, he was a little nervous that it wouldn’t be as great as I thought it would be………but he was pleasantly surprised! This is so delicious, you won’t be able to stop eating it!

1 rotisserie chicken
4 medium potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup onion, diced
4 Tablespoons hot sauce (if you want it hotter, add more)
1 cup ranch dressing
2 Tablespoons of dry ranch dressing
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onions and hot sauce together in a medium bowl. Add shredded chicken to mixture and set aside to let it have time to marinate.
- Place potato cubes in a gallon ziploc bag with a tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of dry ranch dressing. Shake bag until potatoes are completely covered with the mixture. Transfer the potatoes to a 9×13 baking pan. Roast the potatoes for 20 to 30 minutes. Until golden brown and cooked through. Turn down your oven to 350 degrees.
- When the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and top with the shredded chicken and the shredded cheese. Sprinkle the bacon and drizzle the ranch dressing on top.
- Place in the oven and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes. The chicken should be heated through and the cheese should be melted.
Note:If you love blue cheese with your wings, substitute the ranch for blue cheese dressing!
Your Family will love this and it will become one of your favorites!
