1.      Soak Pumpkin seeds in 2/3 C. Water and 1 ½ t. Salt overnight.
 
 
2.     Remove Seeds with a slotted spoon and place on a cookie sheet.  (I lined with non-stick foil.)
 
 
 
3.     Bake at 300 degrees 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
