Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps
🥬🥓 Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps — Crispy, Fresh, and Totally Addictive
Crispy bacon, juicy chicken, fresh tomato, and crunchy lettuce — this wrap is basically a salad that decided to be fabulous.

Wraps aren’t just lunch. They’re the vibe‑setters, the mood‑lifters, the reason people suddenly “forget” about bread. But let’s be honest: not every wrap deserves applause. Some are soggy, some are bland, and some just don’t deliver that crunchy‑meets‑savory magic. Enter Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps — the glow‑up version of classic BLTs that feels indulgent, nostalgic, and totally worth the hype.
This recipe is indulgent in its own way: it’s crunchy, it’s savory, it’s fresh, and it’s the kind of dish that makes you want to grab seconds (because one wrap is never enough). Chicken brings cozy satisfaction, bacon swoops in with indulgence, tomato adds sparkle, and that crisp lettuce? That’s the mic‑drop moment.
Why this recipe is a keeper:
- Effortless elegance — pantry staples, restaurant‑worthy results.
- Flavor fireworks — chicken + bacon + tomato = wrap magic.
- Family‑friendly — even picky eaters will sneak a bite.
- Make‑ahead friendly — stays fresh for hours.
- Instagram‑worthy — glossy lettuce deserves a close‑up.

It’s hard to eat more healthy when you have a one-year-old and a husband. I decided we need to try and pack more lunches so we don’t eat out so often. I also feel like I need to be better at not eating such fattening foods.
I quit drinking Diet Coke last week, those of you who love Diet Coke as much as I do know how difficult this is! My husband is super helpful and supportive.
He’s putting up with my more healthy meals and actually enjoying them. Grey loves vegetables, so he’s in heaven! Anyways, this was a good lunch! Try it!

Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked to your desired crispiness
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 10 thinly sliced deli chicken breast slices
- 6 slices of tomato
- Olive oil mayo

Directions
- Layout a large piece of parchment paper, bigger than your wrap. On top of the parchment paper layer out several lettuce leaves, overlapping one another.
- Then lay out half of the chicken in the middle, leaving lettuce on the edges. Put the tomatoes down the middle and then the bacon on top of that. Put on your desired amount of mayo.
- When wrapping, roll it as tight as you can and tuck in the lettuce and pull out the parchment. Then repeat, roll and tuck, pull out the parchment. Then cut the roll in half.
- Repeat, it made 2 large wraps for us, which was 4 wraps. We each had one for dinner and one for lunch the next day!

💭 Final Thoughts
This Chicken BLT Lettuce Wrap proves that comfort food doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s hearty, flavorful, and versatile enough to be a weekday staple, a family favorite, or a “just because” indulgence. Plus, it’s the kind of recipe that makes everyone smile — and isn’t that the best kind of cooking?
Here’s the thing about wraps — they’re never just lettuce. They’re the smell of bacon sizzling, the joy of chicken layering, the comfort of knowing you’ve got a dish that’s both playful and nostalgic. They’re the kind of recipe that makes you feel like you’ve pulled off a dinner miracle without breaking a sweat.
And these Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps? They’re keepers. They’re crunchy, they’re hearty, they’re indulgent, they’re fun. They’re the kind of recipe that makes you feel like you’ve turned pantry staples into something restaurant‑worthy. They’re hearty enough to feed a crowd, flexible enough to adapt to whatever toppings you’ve got hanging out in the fridge, and comforting enough to become the dish your family requests again and again.
But what I love most is how recipes like this bring us together. Food has that magic — it’s not just about eating, it’s about sharing. It’s about swapping tips, laughing over mayo‑splattered counters, and building little traditions that make life tastier. It’s about the kids sneaking extra bites when you’re not looking, the friends who ask for seconds, and the quiet satisfaction of knowing you’ve created something that feels like home.
So here’s my challenge to you: make this dish, share it with your people, and then tell me your twist. Did you add avocado? Did you sneak in cheese? Did you double the bacon just because you could? (No judgment — I’d be first in line for that version.) Maybe you turned them into mini wraps for portion control, or gave them a holiday glow with cranberries. Whatever your spin, I want to hear about it.
💬 Reader prompt: Should we do a “Wrap Glow Series” next? I’m dreaming up turkey avocado wraps, spicy buffalo chicken wraps, and maybe even veggie hummus wraps.
Until then, may your lettuce be crisp, your bacon sizzling, your chicken savory, your mayo creamy, and your kitchen filled with laughter, love, and second helpings. Because at the end of the day, recipes like this aren’t just about cooking — they’re about celebrating the little joys that make life delicious.
And if you take nothing else from this post, let it be this: Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps aren’t just lunch, they’re a lifestyle. 🥬🥓✨
