Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn

Who doesn’t love popcorn?! I mean really!… It is such a delicious and addicting snack food! My family LOVES popcorn. This super gooey and delicious Caramel Marshmallow popcorn is ready in minutes and will make everyone happy! You know how I can’t pass up anything that has caramel in it!!

I bet you have most of the ingredients in your pantry! Lisa had a cheer party the other night and needed to take a treat. I have learned that popcorn is the perfect snack to take! It only takes minutes to prepare and if you put this goodness into individual cups, sacks, or anything you have on hand, it will be the first thing gone!

Caramel Marshmallow Popcorn

Ingredients

1 bag popped popcorn any flavor works
1 stick of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
3 cups of mini marshmallows

Directions

Pop popcorn and place in a bowl making sure there are no un-popped kernels there.

Melt butter in a medium pot on the oven. Add brown sugar and corn syrup until well blended. Add marshmallows and stir continuously on low heat until all melted.

Pour mixture over popcorn and mix well. Spread popcorn on parchment paper or put in a greased baking sheet and let set up.
