Flavored Party Water! When we had Greyson’s birthday a couple of weeks ago we opted for flavored party water. The alternative was Root beer in glass bottles. This was much cheaper and effective.

After the buffalo plaid log cake, the one year old birthday photos, the décor and much much more, I had had it. I realized I was throwing a party for a one year old who would not remember a thing. Therefore, we had water, flavored goodness in water.

We had a lot of different ideas for flavors but the two we opted for were pomegranate grapefruit and strawberry lemon water. These were obvious choices. We filled the drink dispenser half way with ice and then we used an entire pack of strawberries and 8 lemons. We sliced them thin and placed them on top of the ice. Then fill the rest of the way with water. Then stir and serve.

Repeat the same thing as above. Fill the drink dispenser half way with ice and then for the pomegranate grapefruit water we used 2 pomegranates and crushed the seeds to get the flavor and 2 grapefruits sliced as well. Fill the rest of the way with water. Then stir and serve.
