Spinach Artichoke Dip

Literally, the best appetizer, Ever! This is really fattening but so good! Matt and I made this for family dinner and it was gone super fast! Give it a try!
1 cup Parmesan Blend
3/4 Mozzarella 
1 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 Garlic Cloves minced
1/3 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 can Artichoke hearts chopped
10 oz Frozen Spinach chopped
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients in a stand mixer. In an 8×8 inch pan, spread out the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Dip toasted baguettes or crackers in it! It’s Awesome!!
