Cheesy Crispy Chicken

 
I don’t think we have had the same homemade meal twice since we have been married. We love to mix it up with chicken and make our own breading and this one was awesome! It was super juicy and delicious! Matt loved it and could not stop eating and then we both almost burst we were so full! Give this a try!
 
Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups of Buttermilk
1 tube of Ritz crackers
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Basil

Sauce
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
3 tablespoons Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions
1. Let chicken marinade in the buttermilk overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Crush crackers, mix with cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and basil.
4. Take chicken out of buttermilk, roll in cracker/cheese mixture! Until coat well. Place on greased cookie sheet. I put the extra crumbs on top.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes! I checked at 30 minutes and it was done.
6. While baking on medium heat, mix together the sauce ingredients and heat up.
