I love s’ mores, but honestly, I hate the mess they make! This is messy, but at least you can eat it with a fork! It would be perfect to take to a summer barbeque!

Easy Smore Pie

Ingredients

2 cups of crushed graham crackers
1 stick of melted butter
1 box of chocolate pudding
3 1/2 cups of milk
1 13 oz. tub of marshmallow fluff
1 Hershey’s candy bar for decoration.

Easy Smore Pie

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Crush graham crackers and combine with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie tin. Bake crust for 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Meanwhile, mix your pudding as the box directs for a pie. When the crust comes out of the oven let it cool down a little and then pour the pudding over the top. Let the pudding and crust set in the fridge for an hour.
Next, microwave the marshmallow fluff for about 20 seconds, or until soupy. Pour over the top of the pudding mixture and smooth with the back of a spoon.
Turn the oven onto broil. Watch it the whole time!! Place the pie in the oven right under the broiler until it starts to brown. Don’t walk away or it will burn!! Just like mallow over the fire!
Let it cool down again in the fridge. Top it with your candy bar pieces and serve!

  2. Now this is my kind of s'more! No campfire required, no smoke getting in your eyes, no nasty bugs flying around, and….I can make them whenever I want!

  3. I made this to take to church today for our lunch after service. Not a crumb was left (and before I even got to it!). Mine was more of a chocolate soup though – I used the small box of pudding mix and it was too late when I realized my mistake. It didn't seem to matter though – they ate it all anyway. Now, I'll just have to make it again so I can see if I can get it right… 😉
    Thanks for a yummy recipe!
