Ham Fried Rice One Pot Wonder

My kids LOVE rice. So. Much. I  like it too, because it’s quick and easy, and CHEAP!
I also HATE doing dishes. Who doesn’t? This dish solves that problem because it all goes into one pan, tastes delicious. and takes minimal effort.

Ham Fried Rice

2 cups Chicken Stock or Broth
1 cup of rice
3 cloves of garlic
1 cup of diced ham
2 cups of frozen vegetables
1 T of olive oil
3 eggs

Directions: Sauté crushed garlic in olive oil until fragrant.

  1. We love fried rice. Don't think I've ever used ham in it, but I'm making this soon as I have some ham in the freezer begging to be eaten. =) This will be perfect.

  2. I love one pan dishes! They are so carefree! Thanks for coming and linking up at The Weekend Social. All posts get pinned in our pinterest board! Please be sure to come back next week starting Thursdays at 9PM EST on culinaryflavors.gr ! I hope to see you there!
