Sautéed Carrots

An easy dinner side idea for you today! We are always try to mix up our dinner ideas with veggies, but I am pretty picky. I love carrots though!

2 servings
3 Carrots
4 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of water
salt and pepper

Cut your carrots on an angle to make them pretty. Heat the pan to medium heat, put in the water and the carrots and put the lid on. When the water is almost evaporated put in the butter, and add salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Cook until the butter caramelizes the carrots. They taste way good and are simple!
