A comforting, cheesy, and hearty meal everyone will love!

 Frito Pie Casserole

You’ll Need:

– 1 lb ground beef – 1 onion, diced – 1 packet taco seasoning – 1 tbsp chili powder – 10 oz salsa – 10 oz tomato sauce – 15 oz chili beans (undrained) – 1 can corn (drained) – 5½ cups Fritos® corn chips – 2½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend – 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Step 1: Cooking the Beef

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9"x13" casserole dish. 2.  Brown ground beef and diced onions in a skillet; drain fat. 3. . Stir in taco seasoning, chili powder, and water. Simmer until thickened.

Step 2: Adding Sauces & Beans

4. Stir in salsa, tomato sauce, corn, and chili beans (with liquid). 5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 3: Assembling the Casserole

6. Layer 4 cups of Fritos® in the prepared dish. 7. Sprinkle with 1½ cups of shredded cheese. 8. Spread the beef mixture over the top. 9. Top with remaining cheese

Step 4: Baking

10. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top with: – Sour cream – Guacamole – Green onions – Jalapeños – Black olives – Diced tomatoes – Salsa
