This Keto Strawberry & Cream Ice Cream Pops are sweet, creamy and so easy to make with only 4 ingredients and less than 20 minutes of prep. A no-churn ice cream recipe that’s a perfect sugar-free/low carb treat for summer made with fresh strawberries, and heavy cream.
It has been hard to find something that tastes that good but he can’t stop eating these yummy pops. Again, I love recipes that I can feed to my husband that is doing keto and know others will enjoy it as well.
I love to use fresh strawberries in my recipes unless they aren’t available. It just makes your recipe that much better.

- 2 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 tbsp Swerve
- Put everything in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- By using a funnel, fill your ice cream bags up to 2 inches off from the opening.
- Put in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
