1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 to 3 garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 16 ounce crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup diced ham
2 cups fresh baby spinach
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 package spaghetti, cooked al dente
feta and pine nuts, for garnish
Place your Michael Angelo’s Chicken Bruschetta meal starter into the microwave. Cook until it’s thaw. Set aside. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package for al dente. Set aside.
In a large skillet, drizzle the olive oil into the pan and then add the onion and garlic. Simmer the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the tomatoes. Add the baby spinach, diced ham, spaghetti, and stir. Add the Chicken Bruschetta and its sauce and gently combine. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and nuts on top!
