I love spending time with my girls and with them growing up so fast, I’m always looking for opportunities to spend time with them and make memories! Here are a few ideas that you can do with your beautiful daughters!

1.Spa day: Having daughters it’s always a challenge to find something that they all want to do, but going and getting your nails or toes painted is always a hit! It’s also a great time to talk to them without the phone being in the way!

2.Movie night: My Lisa and I, love to go to the movies each week. We usually go on Thursday night because that’s when the new movies are released and there isn’t a big crowd.

3.Lunch: There isn’t a person on the planet that doesn’t love to go out to lunch. Let your daughter pick the place. It’s another great opportunity to talk!

4. Be Her Cheerleader: Get involved with her activities! If she is involved in cheer leading, volunteer your time to help out the team, with luncheons, fundraisers, and much more! When you work together, you develop a stronger bond.

5. Get crafty: My girls love to create! Help her to develop her talent and strengthen her confidence.

6.Volunteer: This year, we are picking kids from the Angel tree and buying things for them for Christmas. It teaches them to serve others and not just think of their selves.

7.Shopping: I don’t love to go shopping but when it’s with my girls, I absolutely love it! They will tell you things that you didn’t even know they were thinking about!

8.Daughter’s love: Get to know what they love and explore it with them! It might be a band, plays, sports, science, outdoors. They will love you for making the effort and you will learn about things you never knew you would be interested in!

9.Photo shoot: My 14 year old loves getting dressed up and having a photo shoot. They feel beautiful and it gives you a glimpse into their world!

10.Thrift stores: Okay, I will admit, I have never been a fan of thrift stores until my Lisa wanted to go. There are so many treasures waiting to be explored and the best part is that they are cheap!

When it’s that time of month it’s great to have something that can help with the discomfort of being a girl, and won’t slow them down when you are spending time together. Advil® Menstrual Pain is also caffeine-free, antihistamine-free, and easy-to-swallow. Many other menstrual pain relievers contain caffeine, which can keep your daughter up at night, or antihistamines, which can cause daytime drowsiness, “used as directed”.

What special things do you do with your daughter? I would love to hear from you!
