The holidays are here! I can’t believe it myself, but it’s true! We whipped up this super delicious and RICH Red Velvet Skillet Cookie with White Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting to enjoy as a family tonight and it did not disappoint!!!  It’s chocolatey goodness covered in creamy white chocolate cream cheese frosting and vanilla caramel ice cream! SOOOO yummy! You can make this for your family this Thanksgiving and just plop it in the middle of the table for everyone to dig into! And it looks like a dessert that Santa would also really enjoy instead of those boring cookies you always set out for him…wink wink!! I mean come on, it even matches his outfit!

Dessert is super popular during the holidays and I love to bake for my family; unfortunately, for me AND for my dad, indulgent foods always bring heartburn! Bleh! Especially with chocolate and cream cheese it’s bound to happen and it’s the worst! I really don’t want it to stop me from enjoying my favorite foods this holiday season! And you won’t want it to stop you from trying this decadent Red Velvet Skillet Cookie!

Luckily, for those of us that suffer from frequent heartburn, there’s Nexium® 24HR 42ct Tablets. Just one pill a day will help to prevent the dreaded heartburn that comes with the indulgent and rich foods that the holidays bring! Because it’s Thanksgiving and you know it’s going to be tough to turn down grandma’s homemade pies and treats!

Nexium® 24HR  tablets aren’t a quick fix though. You have to plan ahead and prepare for the holidays by taking Nexium® 24HR  1-4 days in advance to benefit. Which is fine, because it means you can relax knowing that you’re set all day and all night to enjoy your treats without the pain of frequent heartburn later!

red-velvet-skillet-cookie-dessert I got my Nexium® 24HR  at Walgreens, there’s one just down the street from my home.

If you head over to Walgreens too you can find some great in-store coupons to help you save; including a $5.00 coupon on Nexium 24HR (28 ct. and 42 ct.) on November 13th, along with coupons all throughout the month of November!

Just remember it may take 1-4 days for full effect. Use as directed.

Now for this delicious recipe! You’ll definitely need to try this one this holiday season!!
