It’s that time of year again! You can feel it in the air, flu and cold season will be upon us before you know it. I always try to go to Walmart’s cold & flu aisle and stock up on items that I will need when it hits. It never fails, you can have a healthy child in the middle of the day and by night with a foot of snow on the ground, your child will get sick and you won’t have what they need to make them feel better!

My girls are activity in sports and it never fails, you can be at a softball game, and someone will need a Advil or Emergen-C Immune+, and I usually have it in my car but I’m not always able to leave the field. So I decided to make a Momma’s Go To Medicine Cabinet that will fit in any purse or backpack and you will be prepared for any occasion! The new Centrum Vitamints are adult multivitamins with a minty taste you can take and enjoy anytime of the day with or without food or water. They don’t have a chalky taste. They will be what keeps momma going! If you have the Emergen-C Immune+, you will have more healthy days and nights because it will give you immune support. I don’t like to go anywhere without Advil because it provides safe, effective pain relief, among OTC pain relievers . Nothing’s stronger and last longer than Advil.

I found everything that I would need at Walmart.

I bought a travel soap box for under $1 in the beauty section.

The  duck tape was in the craft section and was under $1.50.

I covered the box with the duck tape to give it a little style! My Lisa, wanted the box immediately! She thought it was stinkin cute!

Fill it with what your family might need in a fix. You will be so surprised how much you can fit in this little box!

I would love you to share your little tricks on how you keep your family healthy!
