Day 4! Yay for easy dinner ideas!! Matt took the time to cut a pineapple with rings for me, so just admire the beauty of this meal with the pineapple ring.
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
can pineapple tidbits drained and juice reserved
green bell pepper, seeded & chopped
of 1 lemon
tsp ground ginger
tbsp corn starch
chicken, pineapple, and bell pepper in a gallon size ziploc freezer bag.
bowl combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, ginger, corn
starch, salt, and pepper and mix until cornstarch and sugar dissolve.
ziploc and shake to mix. Freeze.
– 3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
5. Serve with rice, possibly add fresh pineapple.
