Crockpot Freezer Meals Day 2: Cranberry BBQ Chicken, Beef Stroganoff, and Meatloaf

The crockpot freezer meals continue! Coming at you all week! We have loved all of these, I promise they won’t disappoint.

CRANBERRY BBQ CHICKEN
Ingredients:
2lbs
chicken breasts
1/2 cup minced onion
1
can whole cranberry sauce (16 oz)
1
cup BBQ sauce
 
Directions:
1. Toss
everything in a gallon size freezer bag and shake to mix. 
2. To
cook: Thaw in the fridge 24 hours, then cook in the crockpot on LOW for 4-5 hours. 

 

BEEF STROGANOFF
Ingredients:
1/2  cup minced Onion
1/4 cup butter
2 lb stew beef
1/4 t paprika
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup cream cheese
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
 
Directions:
 
1. Mix sour cream, cream cheese and mushroom soup in
small bowl.  
2. Add all ingredients to a large freezer bag,
toss well to coat and freeze.  
3. When ready place ingredients in
crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  
4. Serve over hot noodles or
cooked white rice.

MEATLOAF
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
½ cup bread crumbs
1 package onion soup mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup ketchup
 
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T A1 steak sauce
1/3 cup chopped onions
3 garlic cloves
 
Directions: 
 
1. Combine all ingredients. 
2. Pack
it really well to ensure the meatloaf is firm and not mushy. If necessary add extra breadcrumbs.
3. Place into a
freezer bag and freeze. 
4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
